This kitchen remodel included the removal of a structural wall that separated the kitchen from the dining room. This opened up the space, bringing in more light and a cohesive flow to the ground floor. As well, it allowed for much greater design flexibility. Acorn House
This kitchen remodel posed many challenges due to rerouting mechanicals (i.e. plumbing, electrical, etc.), a common problem when working on ‘Deck Houses’. As well, it included the removal of several partition walls, all the cabinets, and stripping the floor. Lewis Wharf
This was a complete gut and remodel of a 1100SF warehouse condominium. The floors were factory finished Brazilian Cherry from Lumber Liquidators. We laid the flooring on top of an engineered noise attenuation layer. The fireplace was electric and was installed with a mantel from Castle Design.
