Replaced a one-piece fiberglass shower with porcelain. Walls were tiled with vertical glass accent tiling. There was a Grohe shower fixture and built in shelf. The door and partition were acid-washed, 3/8 glass. The shower pan, curb of precast polystyrene, and tile substrate are Schluter systems.

Chestnut Hill Deck
This project replaced a porch and roof deck. It involved replacing footings, all structural framing of first floor deck and stairs, and significant reframing of second floor roof deck. Roof sheathing and roofing membrane was replaced prior to replacing the decking. Bedford Bathroom
Bathroom rebuild replaces dated amenities… This project was a complete gut and rebuild of a bathroom. A dated cast iron tub-shower combination with a 30×60 shower stall. The shower base was polystyrene with an infinity drain by Schluter Systems. Lexington Deck
Acorn House
This kitchen remodel posed many challenges due to rerouting mechanicals (i.e. plumbing, electrical, etc.), a common problem when working on ‘Deck Houses’. As well, it included the removal of several partition walls, all the cabinets, and stripping the floor. Lewis Wharf
This was a complete gut and remodel of a 1100SF warehouse condominium. The floors were factory finished Brazilian Cherry from Lumber Liquidators. We laid the flooring on top of an engineered noise attenuation layer. The fireplace was electric and was installed with a mantel from Castle Design.
