This project replaced a porch and roof deck. It involved replacing footings, all structural framing of first floor deck and stairs, and significant reframing of second floor roof deck. Roof sheathing and roofing membrane was replaced prior to replacing the decking. Decking was Composite Decking and Cortex fastening screws with matching plugs by Timber TEC. Estimated project budget: $28,000.
