This project was a gut and replace of a bathroom, which included a shower expansion. The shower had a glass enclosure with one sliding panel. Next to the shower was a free standing Maax tub and tub filler by Grohe. As well, the vanity by Strasser was satin white with granite counter top and undercount sinks. Next to the vanity was a Mr Steam towel warming rack. There was a satin white, vertical storage pantry by Strasser. In addition, a new ventilation system, by Panasonic, was installed which had a humidity sensor. Finally, there is the crowd-pleasing electric floor heater by Schluter with self-regulating cables and a touch screen, programable thermostat.
